While not a significant source of ketones for fat adapted athletes Ketone Salts are a wonderful delivery method for providing salt/sodium to maintain blood/plasma volume & viscosity and sweat rate all of which are key to fat adapted performance. Use one scoop in a 16-20 ounces of water.
