VESPA Recovery

Most athletes using VESPA notice their recovery from long and/or high intensity training and competition is vastly improved. This includes significantly less or no muscle soreness and the ability to handle a higher training load.

VESPA recovery is not really about “recovery” but more so that the athlete has not done the extent of damage in the first place because of the dramatic reduction in oxidative stress and lactate load which are by-products of a high rate of carbohydrate metabolism.
