Beef Suet is visceral fat located around the kidneys and is the purest form of tallow and especially high in Stearic Fatty Acid. Unlike most Tallow and other ruminant derived fats Beef Suet is relatively free of elements which give other tallows an odor while retaining the high heat stability. Grassland Nutrition’s Freeze Dried Suet comes in 150 gram pouches and is an outstanding cooking oil for pan frying meats, eggs, poultry, fish etc. as well as for stir fry cooking of vegetables and meats. It also provides a stable (saturated fat) source of fat based energy.
Like the Grassland Nutrition Freeze-dried Liver + Kelp product the beef suet for this product comes from young beef cattle raised in the Channel Country, a pristine inland grassland outback of Australia and is 100% Organic Certified.
