What benefits do you get out of using VESPA?

Stable Energy & Stamina, Reduces/Eliminates GI Issues, Recovery (Damage Prevention), Better endurance

OFM has helped me dial in how to use carbs on a fat adapted level. Vespa simply helps that process along and allows for much less carbs being needed in races and training sessions.

How long have you been using VESPA?

4 Years

How do you use/combine VESPA with other nutritional products?

My main source of carbs is Tailwind, as I use the Naked flavor and works well as not too sweet and I can cut a packet in half for a water bottle. I also, and this was a Peter suggestion, use Bit-O-Honey as a source of simple sugars as needed if I have a hard stretch to go. I also have used SFuels as that is lower in carbs but moved to the Race version. I also use a number of things for Electrolytes alone as working to see what works best such as Myoxience Electrolyte Sticks, Redmond Relyte and S!Caps. Sort of playing around with this as sometimes the S!Caps work best as do not need more water to use them, as the others get mixed in, and also no taste with S!Caps which can be good. Apart from that, I have used various Gels here and there but very few.  Also, on long races, I will take a coke near the end as the goal is just to get the energy hit to get done.
